2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All study materials, video lectures, test series, notes, and questions on Cairo Education are protected by copyright laws and intellectual property regulations.

• Screen recording, unauthorized downloading, redistribution, or sharing on platforms like Telegram, YouTube, or file-sharing sites is strictly prohibited.
• Any student or user found engaging in copyright infringement will face immediate account termination without refund and may be subject to legal prosecution.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because digital courses and study materials are immediately activated upon successful enrollment, fee payments are non-refundable once processed, except in the case of verified duplicate payments or confirmed technical faults preventing access.
